Lazy Glen Wastewater Treatment Facility- Basalt, CO
Phoenix Industries replaced the outdated wastewater treatment facility with a new Sequence Batch Reactor (SBR) system. The Project included high-voltage power systems, low-voltage controls, and upgraded process piping with protective coatings. A backup generator system was installed for uninterrupted operation, ensuring reliability for the community.

Phoenix Industries replaced an underground pump station with a new concrete "bunker-style" facility. Work included a single-story concrete building with stone veneer, bypass pumping hydrants, and high voltage electrical upgrades. Process piping was coated for longevity, and grading, excavation, paving, and concrete work improved site accessibility.

Phoenix Industries oversaw the demolition of an existing water storage tank and the construction of a new 800,000-gallon tank to enhance local water capacity. The project included road access improvements, installation of new piping, and buried and exposed valve replacements. Additionally, electrical system upgrades and site regrading were completed to improve long-term functionality and infrastructure resilience.

We completed the construction of a new sewer lift station to replace an old existing station. Work included 20' deep primary and secondary wet wells with epoxy coating, two new Gorman Rupp pump skids, new electrical service and control panels, constriction of a wood-framed, asphalt shingled roofed building to contain equipment. Associated yard piping to include five new sewer manholes, gravity sewer lines, and one forcemain. All work was completed while old station was still in service.

Work included asphalt milling, new water mains, sewer ejector system upgrades, and forcemain sewer line installations. The project concluded with grading and paving to restore site conditions.

Phoenix Industries Built a 500,00 gallon steel water storage tank for the city, requiring excavation into the hillside and a soil nail retaining wall for stability. The project included underground piping, structural concrete reinforcements, and an automated control system. The team also widened and stabilized roads to improve maintenance access.
